Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We only accept exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first contact us within 14 days after the receipt of your online order (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). The customer is strongly advised to send a photo to abebehongkong.eshop@gmail.com or by Facebook immediately in case of any defects discovered upon the receipt of goods. The image should clearly capture the damaged portion to help us resolve the issue in the quickest possible way.

Please make sure that the item for returning is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact.

  • No damage or stains on the products
  • Product remains unworn, unused and unwashed
  • All Product tags present
  • All original tags attached
  • In Resell-able condition
  • Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or perform exchanges for intimate wear/bodywears, swim wears and socks.

In the event of any dispute, “Miki House Hong Kong” reserves the right of final decision.
